Design Services

Landscape design services are custom, professional services tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our design work, all sales of design services are final once the design phase has been completed and delivered to the client.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation Before Design Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any design work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a processing fee.
• Cancellation During Design Phase: If you cancel after design work has begun but before completion, refunds will be prorated based on work completed. A portion of the fee may be retained to cover work already performed.
• Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address concerns and find a satisfactory solution.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@realtrueexceptio.world or through our contact page within 14 days of service delivery. Include your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Design Revisions

All design packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. We are committed to working with you to achieve a design that meets your expectations within the scope of your selected package.

Digital Materials

Design plans, drawings, and other digital materials provided to clients are considered delivered upon transmission. Once delivered, these materials cannot be returned. However, we are happy to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

Third-Party Services

Realtrueexceptio provides design services only. We are not responsible for installation, materials, or services provided by third-party contractors. Any issues with installation or materials should be addressed directly with the service provider or contractor.
